- 1 / 5By Jessa RussellReally poor service. I ordered through the app for in-store pick up and I waited there for 15 minutes while not one employee said a single thing to me. Eventually I asked them to check on my mobile order which they had hidden around the corner in the drive-through and was sitting there getting cold for 15 minutes. they told me you have to ask for your mobile which is very different than every other location I've been to. Also there is a large sign and a shelf that's clearly set aside for mobile orders. It's very annoying, and a waste of my time. You would think if they had any customer service skills at all they would have asked me within the 15 minutes "can I help you?"February 06, 2017
